| * The fixed rate includes the
entree, beverage, tax and gratuity. Any additional items will
be added to your bill at the regular price plus tax and
gratuity. |

COCKTAILS ONLY: |
| We also offer the Banquet Room for
cocktails and appetizers only. A room fee of $50.00 per hour
will be charged. If a minimum food and beverage purchase of
$100.00 is ordered, the room fee is just $25.00 per hour. A
25% gratuity will be added for up to 17 people or 20% gratuity
for 18 to 32 people. |

BEVERAGE SERVICE: |
| We offer a complete selection of
beverages to compliment your function. Please note that
alcoholic beverage sales and service are regulated by the
Colorado State Liquor Board. The restaurant, as a licensee, is
responsible for administration of these regulations.
Therefore, it is a policy that no alcoholic beverages of any
kind will be brought into the restaurant by the guests. No
alcoholic beverages may be consumed by persons under 21 years
of age. Dos Hombres reserves the right to check ID's and
regulate all functions. |

BILLING: |
| Total payment is due at the closing
of the function. We accept cash, local checks, Visa,
Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover Card.
Absolutely no separate checks. |

DECORATIONS: |
| You are welcome to decorate the
room before your function. Please use tape only. No nails or
tacks. |

CANCELLATION: |
| We request a 48 hour cancellation
notice prior to reservation. |
